The iTHINK Financial Nominating Committee will be filing nominations with the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the following individuals to serve three (3) three-year terms on the Board:

Bradley J. DeBauche - Incumbent -Board of Directors
Michael W. Townsend, CCD - Incumbent -Chairman - Board of Directors
Thomas E. Brawley - Incumbent -Board of Directors

The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at iTHINK Financial’s Delray Beach Headquarters: 1000 NW 17th Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33445.
