What to expect:
An iTHINK Financial Member Service Advisor will meet with you either in-branch or over the phone to provide assistance with updating important account information like adding or removing a joint signer or updating your name and personal information.
Documents you may need:
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID
- Supporting documentation (such as Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, Divorce Decree, etc.)
