Run, Walk, and Help Local Children and Families in Need While Celebrating 10 Years of Impact

DELRAY BEACH, FL (March 27, 2026) – iTHINK Community Foundation invites the community to participate in the inaugural “The 5K for Our Community” on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at John Prince Park’s Eric Call Pavilion, located at 4756 South Congress Ave. in Lake Worth, Florida. The event will kick off at 7:30 a.m., featuring a scenic 3.1-mile course followed by a lively post-race celebration with food, music, and awards.

This year’s event marks an exciting new chapter for the Foundation as it introduces a refreshed name for its annual 5K, while also celebrating 10 years of iTHINK Community Foundation’s commitment to improving the lives of children and families in the communities it serves.

Open to runners, walkers, and families of all ages and fitness levels, “The 5K for Our Community” features race shirts, finisher medals, age group awards, and a festive atmosphere that brings the community together. Families can also take part in a 100-yard Kids Dash for younger participants.

Registration is $45, with Kids Dash registration available for $10. Attendees can enjoy music and a selection of food and coffee trucks on-site, with items available for purchase.

Proceeds from the event will directly support iTHINK Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in the communities it serves. Funds raised support key initiatives, including School Ready Days and Jingle Bells at the Branches, programs that provide essential resources, school supplies, and holiday experiences for children in need. Visa has been a valued title sponsor since 2018.
