Helpful Information

I have been a member since the beginning when I lived in Tampa in 1988. For the last 25 years I've been in Atlanta. Roberta Farmer has been my favorite person to work with! Whether I was going to the Wildwood branch or Marietta it's always a pleasure to be recognized and have a very pleasant encounter with Roberta! She is always helpful. ☺️ -

The person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made quick work of my problem, and I was very impressed with their professionalism.

Sent my daughter to open account. We love the bank and the people. Both my husband and I have used the same banker and he was the one to help her. She had the same great experience with him. Mr. Mirza is fantastic and very professional.

We went in to our local branch to see about doing a few Banking issues. The Staff were Outstanding in every way. In my Opinion iThink went out of there way to help us. The personal touch with a hometown value. I would recommend them to everyone.

I became a member last year and just recently refinanced my mortgage. The entire experience was quite pleasant. Everyone could not have been more helpful, more personable, more attentive to my needs…well I could go on and on! I was a former BoA customer who was badly stung by their so called “customer service” in the most appalling manner. I only wish I had come to my credit union sooner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
