My Cards

Activate your card yourself without calling or visiting a branch.

Complete activation using the information on your physical card.

1. Sign in to Digital Banking or the Digital Banking App and select Cards in the navigation bar.
2. On the main Cards page, select Activate New Card.
3. Manually enter the requested information from your physical card and follow the prompts to complete activation.

Have your physical card available before you begin. You do not need to select an existing card to activate a new one.

Setting or changing your PIN is a separate action. See “Set or Change Your PIN” below.

Set or change your PIN yourself without calling or visiting a branch.

Choose a PIN you can remember and update it when you need to.

1. Sign in to Digital Banking or the Digital Banking App and select Cards in the navigation bar.
2. On the main Cards page, select the card you want to manage.
3. Select Set Pin if the card does not have a PIN, or Change Pin to update an existing PIN.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request.

The option shown depends on whether your card already has a PIN.

Keep your PIN private and avoid numbers others could easily guess, such as your birthday.

Review your card’s transaction limits in one convenient place.

Manage available limits yourself to support your spending preferences.

1. Sign in to Digital Banking or the Digital Banking App and select Cards in the navigation bar.
2. Find the card you want to manage and select Card controls.
3. Review the transaction limits and follow the on-screen options to make and confirm available changes.

Review the limit settings displayed for your card before making changes.

When planning a purchase, check both your transaction limits and your available balance or credit.

Keep track of card activity with notifications that help you stay informed.

Use alerts alongside regular account reviews to help you notice unfamiliar transactions.

1. Sign in to Digital Banking or the Digital Banking App and select Cards in the navigation bar.
2. Find the card you want to manage and select Card controls.
3. Review the available alert options and follow the prompts to choose and save your notification preferences.

Review the alert types and notification options available for your card, and keep your contact information current.

Submit your travel information yourself in Digital Banking.

Save time by including multiple cards in a single travel notice.

1. Sign in to Digital Banking or the Digital Banking App and open the More menu.
2. Select Travel Notice.
3. Follow the prompts to select your location and travel dates.
4. Select all the cards you want the notice to apply to, review your information, and submit your notice.

You can include multiple cards in one travel notice; you do not need to submit a separate notice for each card.
