We're excited to announce that a new Digital Banking experience is coming soon!

At iTHINK Financial, we're always looking for ways to improve the tools and services our members rely on every day. Over the years, many members have shared feedback, suggestions, and ideas about our Online Banking and our Mobile Banking App. We're happy to share that those conversations helped shape what's coming next.

This page will serve as your Digital Banking Upgrade Center, where you'll find the latest information, important dates, helpful resources, and answers to frequently asked questions as we approach launch.

What You Need to Know:
We want to make your Digital Banking transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Please review the important information below before your first login: 

• Verify that your email address and phone number are up to date to ensure you receive important updates and security notifications.
• Make sure you know your current Digital Banking username and password before the upgrade. We recommend storing it securely. In most cases, you will continue to use the same username and password after the Upgrade, as long as your password meets the new minimum security requirements.

1. Must have 8 to 16 characters
2. Must have at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 lowercase letter 
3. Must have at least 1 number
4. No spaces
5. Cannot contain your account number or username

• You will need to download the new Digital Banking app when it becomes available in September.

No more switching between multiple usernames and passwords. Enjoy the convenience of a single login for all eligible personal and business accounts you have access to.

Important To-Do’s:

Plan for the Upgrade! A little planning can help make the Upgrade as smooth as possible:

• Know your current Digital Banking username and password—you’ll need them to get started with the new experience. We recommend storing them securely. 
  
• Make sure your email address and mobile phone number are up to date.
• Complete any time-sensitive transfers, payments, or mobile deposits early. 
• Check your account balances and recent transactions.
• Review upcoming payments and transfers scheduled around the Upgrade.
• Save or print any account information, including your member and account numbers.
