Set Up Notifications

eAlert/eStatements

  1. Log in to Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App, click on eAlerts/eStatements from the slider menu option.
  2. Review and agree to the eMessenger User Agreement.
  3. Enter ‘Mobile Device’ information and click Continue. You are now registered for eAlerts and eStatements.
  4. Under the Alerts tab, click on Manage Alerts to set up alerts.
  5. You will begin receiving notifications for your selected eAlerts immediately.

eAlerts allow you to set up account alerts for:

  • ACH Credits
  • Account balance changes
  • Loan balance changes

Unauthorized Transactions


Report all unauthorized transactions on your iTHINK Financial account to 800.873.5100 or serviceplus@ithinkfi.org. 

If you are a victim of fraud or identity theft, report it to the authorities.

  • Contact your local police department
  • Contact the Social Security Administration by email or by phone at 800.269.0271
  • File a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission, by phone at 1.877.ID.THEFT, or mail online at www.ftc.gov.
  • Or, if fraud occurs by mail, contact the United States Postal Inspection Service.
