Prepare For Your Appointment

What to expect:

An iTHINK Financial Member Service Advisor will meet with you either in-branch or over the phone to discuss which iTHINK Financial products and services meet your needs and help you open your new business account.

Note: Phone appointments are consultations only; new memberships cannot be opened over the phone.


Documents you may need:

  • Obtain copies of all supporting documentation e.g. EIN Verification, Articles of Organization, etc.
  • Obtain one form of valid Photo ID for all Owners, Authorized Signers and Beneficial Owners
  • Completed/signed Business Account Application, including Beneficial Ownership Certification Form.
  • If all owners have not signed the Business Membership Application, a copy of their corporate resolution evidencing authorization for business account and signers or a completed Section H on the application.
