Managing Your Maturing Certificates
Members can now manage their Certificates through our Digital Banking platforms. Once logged in, open the slider menu and click on Certificate Management.
Manage your Certificate in Digital Banking
Log in to the iTHINK Financial Digital Banking platform, then open the slider menu. Select the "Certificate Management" option and follow the prompts to roll over, reinvest, or transfer your maturing Certificate.
There are three options for managing your maturing Certificate:
- Roll over to another Certificate Account with a different term
- Re-invest in the same Certificate Account
- Transfer it to another of your iTHINK Financial accounts
After making your selection, you will be able to see your new maturity option.
Opening a Certificate Online
You can also open regular Certificates and our monthly promotional Certificate through Digital Banking.
Once you're logged in, open the slider menu and select Open New Account. Follow the prompts to complete the application and submit your request. After the account is successfully opened, it will appear on your Accounts page.
