Loan Payment Options

  • Pay using Online Banking: Enroll in Online Banking and manage your iTHINK Financial Auto Loan from anywhere.  To register for Online Banking, visit ithinkfi.org. In the top right corner, select “LOGIN” and then click “Register.” Check the terms and conditions box, then continue to the next screen and fill in the appropriate information to complete the registration process.     

 

  • Pay using iTHINK Financial Banking App: to download the iTHINK Financial Mobile Banking App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, click here.
  • Payment by Phone: call 800.873.5100, EXT 7701, to complete payment over the phone using a Debit or Credit Card. A fee may apply.
  • Pay at an iTHINK Financial branch: visit ithinkfi.org/locations to locate your nearest branch.
  • Direct Payment: Direct Payments from another financial institution (single payment or recurring payments) using our Direct Payment Form. Please complete the form and follow the instructions at the bottom of the form to submit it for processing.
  • Payments by Mail: Use a payment coupon and mail payment to iTHINK Financial Credit Union, P.O. Box 5090, Boca Raton, FL 33431

Auto Insurance
Please ensure that your auto insurance policy has been updated to show iTHINK Financial Credit Union as the lienholder. Deductibles can not exceed $1000. This is an important step in the new car purchase process. Failure to do so could result in costly collateral protection insurance, also known as force-placed insurance.

Insurance Requirements

Your policy MUST include the following:

  • Continuous insurance coverage with no lapses
  • iTHINK Financial Credit Union named as lien holder or loss payee
  • Comprehensive and collision coverage (of physical damage) with deductibles not greater than $1000

PLEASE NOTE: An Insurance ID card is NOT adequate evidence of the required physical damage insurance.
