What are eAlerts?

e-Alerts are electronic notifications that help you stay informed about activity on your account. You can set up alerts for things like balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other important account activity.

e-Statements are electronic versions of your account statements that you can securely view online instead of receiving paper statements in the mail. They provide convenient access to your account history while helping reduce paper clutter.

eStatements will save you time and paper!

  • Receive notifications that your monthly Credit Union statement is ready.
  • You'll have access to your statement as soon as it’s available inside Digital Banking.*
  • All Members can view their statements online at any time - you do not need to be enrolled in eStatements to access your statement in Digital Banking.

*Members who sign up for eStatements will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.

eAlerts

eAlerts allow you to receive account alerts for:

  • Payroll deposits
  • Account balance changes
  • Loan balance changes
  • Loan payment due dates
  • Certificate maturity
  • Cleared checks
  • Debit/Credit card transactions
  • ACH debits

Please notify the Credit Union immediately if you do not recognize a transaction.

Enroll in eStatements or eAlerts

To sign up for eStatements or eAlerts, log in to Digital Banking, open the slider menu (3 horizontal lines on the upper left of the screen) and select “eAlerts/eStatements,” and try it today!
